Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using Vixora AI Photo Editor (“Vixora”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
Vixora is provided by Samet Buldanlıoğlu, an independent developer operating under the BuldAI Labs brand name (“we”, “us”). BuldAI Labs is a brand name, not a registered company. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may not use Vixora without the permission of a parent or guardian.
Description of the Service
Vixora is an Android photo editing application. It provides two kinds of tools:
- AI tools — enhancement, face enhancement, face makeover, makeup, colorization, background removal and replacement, and old photo restoration. These run on our processing service and spend AI credits.
- Creative tools — filters, adjustments, blur, effects, text, stickers, collage, drawing, watermarking, sketch, glitch, layers, GIF effects, image blending, funny mode and skin retouch. These run on your device and spend no credits.
We may add, change or remove tools over time.
Account Responsibilities
Some features require an account. You can create one with an email address and password, or sign in with Google or Facebook.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
One person should not operate multiple accounts in order to obtain repeated free credits. See Credits below.
User Content and Permissions
“User content” means the photos you open in Vixora and the results produced from them.
You must have the right to use every photo you edit. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, and do not upload images you do not own or have permission to use.
By using an AI tool, you give us the limited permission needed to transmit, store and process that specific image in order to perform the operation you requested and return the result to you. This permission exists solely to run the service. We do not use your content to train models for third parties, to advertise, or for any purpose beyond delivering the edit.
Acceptable Use
Use Vixora lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app or the processing service;
- use automated tools, scripts or emulators to submit jobs or obtain credits;
- circumvent credit limits, daily caps, rewarded-ad limits or purchase verification;
- create accounts in bulk, or repeatedly delete and recreate accounts, to obtain free credits;
- resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute access to the service;
- interfere with the service's availability for other users.
Prohibited Content
You must not use Vixora to create, process or distribute content that:
- sexualises minors in any way;
- is sexually explicit material involving a real person who has not consented;
- depicts or promotes violence, terrorism, or serious harm;
- harasses, defames, impersonates or endangers another person;
- is designed to deceive — for example fabricated images presented as genuine evidence, identity documents or news;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or any other right;
- is otherwise illegal where you are.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
AI-Generated and AI-Edited Results
AI tools produce an estimate, not a reconstruction of reality. Colorization invents plausible colours. Restoration and face enhancement invent plausible detail. Results vary with the quality, resolution and content of your source photo.
Results are provided as is. We do not guarantee accuracy, likeness, historical correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Do not rely on an AI-edited image as evidence of what something or someone actually looked like. If you publish AI-edited images, you are responsible for labelling them appropriately where honesty or the law requires it.
Credits
AI tools consume AI credits. Each tool has a fixed cost, which is shown in the app before you confirm an operation. Creative tools consume no credits.
Credits are a licence to use the service. They have no cash value, are not a stored-value instrument, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Credits come from four separate sources, and each behaves differently: daily free credits, the one-time welcome bonus, rewarded-ad credits and purchased credits. The sections below describe each one.
If an AI operation fails through a fault on our side, we correct the affected balance.
Daily Free Credits
Accounts on the free plan receive a small allowance of AI credits each day. The allowance resets on a daily cycle.
Daily free credits do not accumulate. Unused daily credits are replaced at the next reset — they do not carry over, and they cannot be banked by not using the app.
The size of the daily allowance is an operational setting and is always shown in the app on the credits screen.
Welcome Credits
A welcome bonus of AI credits is granted when a new account is created, once per device and once per email address. Both identities must be new: if either the device or the email address has already received the bonus, it is not granted again.
So it is not granted on later sign-ins, on additional accounts created on the same device, on an account recreated after deletion, or on a new email address used on a device that already claimed it. Email addresses are normalised for this check, so variations of the same address — such as dots or +tags in a Gmail address — count as one address. The anti-abuse controls described in the Privacy Policy enforce this.
Welcome credits do not reset daily. Once spent, they are gone.
Rewarded Advertising Credits
On the free plan you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for additional AI credits. Watching is always optional and never required to use the app.
A credit is granted only when the ad network confirms the ad was watched to the point where a reward is earned. If you close an ad early, or the ad fails to load, no credit is granted.
The number of rewarded ads that can be redeemed is capped per day, and that counter resets on the same daily cycle as the free allowance. Rewarded credits do not accumulate across days.
Pro Lite and Pro Subscriptions
Vixora offers two monthly subscriptions:
- Pro Lite — 150 AI credits per month, with a cap of 50 credits per day, and no advertisements.
- Pro — 300 AI credits per month, with a cap of 120 credits per day, priority placement in the processing queue, and no advertisements.
Both are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through Google Play until cancelled. The monthly allowance is granted per billing period and does not roll over into the next period.
The daily cap applies in addition to the monthly allowance. Reaching the daily cap pauses AI operations until the next day even if monthly credits remain.
Purchased Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases, available with or without an active subscription.
Purchased credits are a separate balance from subscription credits. They do not expire, they are not reset by the daily or monthly cycle, and they remain on your account until you spend them.
Purchased credits are consumed after plan credits, so a subscription allowance is used first and your purchased balance is preserved for as long as possible.
Buying a credit pack does not start, extend or renew a subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not remove credits you have purchased.
Google Play Billing
All purchases — subscriptions and credit packs alike — are processed by Google Play Billing. Google sets the price in your local currency, collects payment, and issues the receipt.
Prices shown in the app come from Google Play and can differ by country, currency and tax treatment. The price shown at the moment of purchase is the price that applies.
Every purchase is verified with Google before credits or a plan are activated. If verification does not complete immediately, use Restore Purchases on the credits screen.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the Google Play subscriptions screen on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Cancelling does not immediately end your benefits. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date the account returns to the free plan, with daily free credits and advertisements.
We do not delete purchased credits when a subscription ends.
Refunds
Because payment is handled by Google, refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and are requested through Google Play, not through Vixora.
When Google refunds or revokes a subscription, Google notifies us and the plan is withdrawn: the account returns to the free tier. If a credit pack is refunded, we may adjust the corresponding credit balance on the account.
If something went wrong on our side — a failed operation that consumed credits, or a purchase that did not activate — contact us at vixoraeditorai@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Intellectual Property
You keep all rights to the photos you edit and to the results Vixora produces from them, to the extent those rights are available under the law that applies to you. We claim no ownership over your content.
The Vixora name, logo, app design, interface and underlying software remain the property of Samet Buldanlıoğlu, trading as BuldAI Labs. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Vixora available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, connectivity problems and queue load can all affect availability and processing time.
Priority processing on the Pro plan affects your position in the queue. It is not a guaranteed completion time.
We may modify or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give notice through the app.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account that breaks these terms, abuses the credit or billing systems, or puts the service or other users at risk.
You may stop using Vixora at any time, and you can delete your account and data from inside the app — see User Data Deletion.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play as well, otherwise billing continues.
Disclaimers
Vixora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that any specific edit will succeed, or that a result will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samet Buldanlıoğlu (trading as BuldAI Labs) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill arising from your use of Vixora.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us for Vixora in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Consumer rights that apply to you by law are not affected by these terms.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms as Vixora changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
For material changes we will give notice through the app or by email where practical. Continuing to use Vixora after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the app and delete your account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights, including the right to bring a matter before the consumer arbitration committees and the courts that have jurisdiction by law in your country of residence.
